Refund Eligibility: Game Purchases: Refunds are available for game purchases within 14 days of purchase, provided that the game has not been played for more than 2 hours. This includes any downloadable content (DLC) or in-game purchases related to the game. Subscription Fees: If you are unsatisfied with your membership subscription, you may cancel it at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle will be issued based on the unused portion of the subscription fee. In-Game Purchases: Refunds for in-game purchases, such as virtual currency or special items, are eligible within 7 days from the purchase date. Refund requests must be made within this period and may be subject to review. Non-Refundable Items: Purchases made after 14 days or for items with more than 2 hours of gameplay. Special offers or promotional purchases, unless stated otherwise. Any content that has been opened or activated, such as bonus codes, game keys, or non-refundable in-game items.
